Appeal Hearing Date Set for April 18th, 2023

Image
Dear Friends & Neighbors, The appeal hearing date for the Gold Mirror dispensary is set for Tuesday, April 18th, 2023 at 3pm in City Hall.  As you may have heard, the planning commission unanimously approved the conditional use permit for the dispensary at the public hearing on Feb. 2nd, even after the overwhelming majority of public comments opposed it.  We appealed based on these facts . The appeal hearing will be in a hybrid format.  To participate in-person, the meeting will be held at: City Hall 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, Room 250 San Francisco, CA 94102 Please plan to arrive early as space in the hearing room is limited as we expect a very large crowd.  To attend remotely, please dial the number below.
